Projects & Wallet

On-demand GPUs and storage are prepaid. The wallet holds your balance, and projects group instances so that you can see what each workload costs.

The wallet page shows the current balance, its currency and the account status.

  • Add funds tops up the balance. The minimum top-up is €10.00.
  • Have a coupon code? Enter the code and select Apply. The credit appears as a Coupon transaction.

For long-term capacity, a reservation is usually cheaper than topping up for on-demand use.

The Transactions tab lists every movement on the account, newest first, with the date, transaction ID, category, description, amount and the balance afterwards. Filter by category to isolate one kind of movement.

Category When it appears
Usage charge Each hour an instance runs. The description names the instance, for example keen-pulse-461 — one hour.
Refund When an instance is deleted part-way through an hour, the unused time is returned.
Coupon When a coupon code is applied.

The Usage tab lists metered consumption rather than money movements: the billing period, the resource and its kind (for example Compute instance), the metric (for example 1 Hour), the rate, the amount and the status (for example Charged). Filter it by status.

Projects group on-demand instances and track what each one has cost. Every account starts with a Default project, and the launch form assigns new instances to it unless you choose another.

Each project card shows:

  • An optional description.
  • The amount spent, against the budget when one is set (for example €4.52 of €50.00), or the total spent so far when no budget is set.
  • The number of running instances.

Select New project to create one. You can also create a project inline from the launch form.
